Opponent Prep: Your New Strategic Tool
One of the standout features in this update is the new Opponent Prep tool. This feature is perfect for those who want to gain a competitive edge before a match. By entering two Lichess profiles, Opponent Prep will compare the profiles and provide you with valuable insights into the matchup.
With Opponent Prep, you can access a historical comparison of the ratings, which shows how each player has progressed over time. You’ll also get detailed opening statistics, revealing what openings your opponent favours and how successful they’ve been with them. The tool even goes further by comparing what each player tends to play in a given position, complete with relevant statistics. This feature is a game-changer for anyone serious about improving their chess strategy and preparing for upcoming matches.
